A new record for Carpasio this Summer

“We haven’t seen these many tourists in a long time" the Mayor of Carpasio assures

“We haven’t seen these many tourists in a long time"  the Mayor of Carpasio assures. Carpasio is a municipality of just 154 people in  the Argentina Valley.

Despite problems such as the cancellation of the famous Carpasina festival and the temporary closure of the lavender museum, many still have chosen Carpasio as a destination.

Surely, the opening of the hostel 'Cà Lavandin' has much contributed.  26-years-old entrepreneur Marta Olivieri confirms that there has been a  great influx of people.

Carpasio could definitely offer much more, valuing especially its history and its lavender, a plant that made this area famous for its boundless production.
