In detail, the survey concerned access to public parts for categories affected by four types of disability: those with food intolerances, the blind, the deaf and those with motor problems. On these typologies, four macro areas were investigated: the informative part, then the Municipality website, the infopoint, the supply within the tourism office of material relating to associations operating in the voluntary sector; then mobility, the part relating to parking and the quality of public transport.
