The light shows of Cuneo Illuminata back in July

"Cuneo Illuminata" was born in 2015 to inaugurate Via Roma, its ancient splendor, when it became a pedestrian zone. The collaboration of a group of people eager to create a festival for their city - to join young and old, families and children – proved to be a popular success from the first evening.

Cuneo Illuminata brings to the street 700,000 visitors fascinated by the shows of light to the tempo of music and the various initiatives associated with it.

From July 14 to 23, 2017 every night at 10 and 11pm , admire the light show to the beat of the music.

MOVE Boves Square

MUSIC in Via Roma at Saint Ambrogio church square

On Saturday, July 15th solemn procession of Madonna del Carmine.

The light show of the third edition of Cuneo Illuminata will invite you to dance Coldplay, Katy Perry, Ludovico Einaudi and Rino Gaetano. These are the artists who have won the competition launched by the organizers through the Facebook page of the event.

In recent weeks, in fact, residents of Cuneo and not, have been voting on the social network their favorite among the five for each of the four categories in the competition (Emotional, Youth, Tradition and Epic). For the Emotional category winner was the song "Hymn for the Weekend" by Coldplay. The most popular song under the "youth" category is "Fireworks" by Katy Perry, among the epic songs the winner was "Divenire" by Ludovico Einaudi. In the "Tradition" category the song, which got more votes was "Ma il cielo è semper più blu " by Rino Gaetano. These four songs are added to those selected by the organizers to animate the light shows.
