A quick and easy recipe that maximizes the taste of porcini mushrooms. Fried mushrooms in the pan are a delicious dish that can be combined with several other dishes, such as polenta, or risotto.

Ingredients:
• 700 g of porcini mushrooms
• 1-2 cloves of garlic
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
• butter 
• salt
• pepper


Directions:
Clean the mushrooms passing them very quickly under water and drying them well, cut them into very thin slices.
In a frying pan, warm the extra virgin olive oil, sautee the garlic cloves on gentle heat and remove as soon as they become golden.
Add the mushrooms, salt, pepper and cook for 5-6 minutes mixing two to three times gently.
Add butter to the mushrooms, season with chopped parsley, mix and serve immediately.
