The ceramics route between Liguria and Piedmont region: an art exhibition with six venues

"La terra di mezzo. La via della ceramica tra Liguria e Piemonte" is the title of a collaborative project whose final event is "Terra!", a diffused ceramic exhibition open until January 23rd.

The art exhibition is spread throughout six locations between Piedmont and Liguria region.

In Savona, the Ceramics Museum exhibition focuses on pharmacy jars. The exhibition in both Albisolas (Marina and Superiore) focus on the artists' residence, a historical and creative process.

The Muda Exhibition Center (Diffused Museum of Albisola) in Albissola Marina shows masterpieces by Tullio d'Albisola, Lucio Fontana, Enrico Baj and Asger Jorn; and, for the first time ever exposed, ceramic works by Pablo Picasso given as a gift by the town of Vallauris in 1956 to seal the twinning with Albissola. Casa Museo Jorn, still in Albisola, hosts three works by Loris Cecchini, Yuan Shun and Momoyo Torimitsu.
