Ingredients
600 g potatoes
300 g green beans
2 eggs
30 g grated Parmesan cheese
20 g butter (plus some more for greasing)
breadcrumbs
nutmeg to taste
salt
Method
Boil the green beans and chop them. Boil the potatoes and mash them.
Put the mashed potatoes in a bowl. Add the eggs, the Parmesan cheese, the melted butter and the nutmeg to taste.
Add the chopped green beans. Add salt and combine all ingredients together.
Grease an oven tray with butter. Then cover the tray with the breadcrumbs.
Pour the mixture on the tray, level it to make its surface even, then add some more breadcrumbs and some butter.
Cook in over at 180° for about 20 to 30 minutes.
