A concert in Dolcedo's church by world-renowned classical guitarist Christian Lavernier

Master guitarist Christian Lavernier, back from two prestigious tours in China and Japan, will hold a concert on the evening of April 10th at 9pm in San Tommaso Church in Dolcedo, courtesy of pastor Don Carmelo Licciardello. Those who already know Christian Lavernier, and have listened to his performances, certainly won't miss the opportunity to do so in the beautiful Baroque church of Dolcedo, famous for its gold decorations on blue background. Classical music lovers will be enchanted by his professionalism and sensitivity with which music comes to life. All are invited to enjoy a moment of great artistic value.

Christian Lavernier was born in Imperia where he began his classical guitar studies with M° Mario Senise. He successfully graduated in Maestro Paolo Chierici's class at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan. He has attended master classes with some of the most world-renowned teachers in the international guitar scene including: Alirio Diaz, Conrad Ragosnig, David Russell, Angelo Gilardino. He has participated in numerous prestigious national and international competitions and has performed at major festivals around the world. After the prize awarded in Burgos in 2009, in 2013 Christian Lavernier was awarded the International Prize for Artistic Trajectory by the University CUI Ixtlahuaca. In July 2014 he performed the Concerto de Aranjuez with the C.D. Bolivar Orchestra as opening concert of Festival International de Guitarra de Angostura. On this occasion, he received his third prize in his artistic career. He has recorded concerts for major television and radio broadcasters in Italy,Spain, Argentina, France, Venezuela, Russia, Japan, USA, Mexico, etc..
