In #Segno the festival of the "#StuffedEggplant" .

Even in case of rain, the festival will take place anyway, because there are spacious indoors (air-conditioned) where to welcome people who want to participate.

The protagonist will be the eggplant (melanzana), filled and then fried by the skilled hands of the cooks; obviously you can not miss the ravioli with meat sauce and butter and sage - who are increasingly successful and appreciated - made fresh by the volunteers, using only raw materials of the highest quality.

You can also taste other dishes: polenta with meat sauce, mushrooms or cheese; the porchetta; ribs, chops, sausage and rostelle (all grilled); and, the inevitable focaccette; all that "washed down" with fine wines of Piedmont and Liguria.

At 9 p.m. dancing: Friday 7 with Armando & Cristina, Saturday 8 with Smiles & Music, Sunday 9 with Altamarea Band.

Also at this festival - as the others that are organized throughout the year - about 70 people will be working, because as in all festivals  the collaboration of many people is needed; young and old, all with the same aim, to allow the success of the festival that is also a get-together where to laugh, joke, and have fun.
