Ingredients:
- 300 g. wheat flour "0"
- 150 g. sugar
- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 3 egg whites
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 0.1 g. of Cuneo Saffron
Preparation:
- Crumble the saffron coarsely and soak it in a little water.
- Sift the flour and the sachet of yeast, add the sugar, the oil and the egg whites.
- Combine the saffron infusion. Knead everything until a soft and uniform dough is obtained.
- Make up the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
