DOP Riviera Ligure extra virgin olive oil is travelling to ITB Berlin and a masterclass in Vermont!

Two great appointments for DOP Riviera Ligure extra virgin olive oil: from the heart of Europe to the US East Coast. The DOP Riviera Ligure olive oil is participating at the International Tourism Exchange in Berlin (ITB Berlin), scheduled March 8th to 12th.

Liguria region is already scheduled on March 7th, within the "I love Italia” initiative, the exhibition of Italian excellence happening during the side events. The presence of DOP Riviera Ligure extra virgin olive oil provides a series of targeted tastings. The initiative is linked to an innovative series of speed dates or fast interchanges and meetings involving journalists, bloggers and experts in tourism, food and wine.

Along with other engaging activities, DOP Riviera Ligure extra-virgin olive oil will also be present within pesto in a mortar cooking demonstrations, wine tastings and showcooking orchestrated by Liguria Gourmet chefs.

Also in March, DOP Riviera Ligure extra virgin olive oil will cross the Atlantic Ocean all the way to New England to be presented in a masterclass organized by the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with Assocamere which includes some of the most famous Made in Italy products. The masterclass will take place on March 22nd and 23rd at the cooking school in Montpelier, Vermont, open to chefs, young chefs and influencers.
