WEMBO is coming back to where it began!

2017 WEMBO is back in Finale Ligure

WEMBO (World Endurance Mountain Bike Organization) World Solo 24 Hour Championship - the most prestigious 24 hours mountain biking race - is back in Finale Ligure on the Manie  plateau on June 2-3 2017.

The first WEMBO edition took place in Finale Ligure in 2012 and the next four editions moved to places like Canberra in Australia, Fort William in Scotland, Weaverville in California and Rotorua in New Zealand.

In February, the World Endurance Mountain Bike Organization - WEMBO - officially announced Finale Ligure as the destination of the 24h World Cup sixth edition.

A nice mix of familiar names and others totally new will race in 2017; to date Jason English remains the undefeated champion and of course will be present to defend his title.

The World Cup race will be open to SOLO competitors and TEAM2 (teams of two athletes). Registrations opened on November 1st directly on the website www.24hfinale.com
