2017 Sanremo Music Festival: first rumors of guests and competing singers

2017 Sanremo Music Festival will take place February 7th to 11th. The third edition with Carlo Conti as conductor and artistic director confirms the previous years’ format: 20 'big' in the competition, 8 'new proposals'.

The festival’s dates and conductor are available but the names of the competing singers and guests are still missing. Although, of course, some rumors about guests and 'big' in the competition are beginning to spread. The name most talked about is that of Laura Pausini who has admitted to dream of co-leading the Festival. Zucchero, Giorgia, Tiziano Ferro and Il Volo are also possible guests.

Both great names and young talents are mentioned for the competition: Chiara Galiazzo, Francesco Sarcina, Giusy Ferreri, Syria, Fausto Leali, Fiorella Mannoia, Michele Nuo, Clementino, Nesli, Nina Zilli and  Benji & Faith. However, according to the better informed, we shouldn’t rule out some great Italian singers (i.e. Giorgia) ready to get in the game and give up their participation as guest.
