A solidarity campaign: Two euro to earthquake victims for each Amatriciana dish sold in Ristoranti della Tavolozza

Terra Madre and Slow Food, launched a solidarity campaign to support those affected by the recent earthquake. “Ristoranti della Tavolozza” joins this national campaign launched by Slow Food, and invites restaurant owners to participate in the initiative, inserting in the menu "Pasta all’amatriciana", Amatrice’s symbol dish.

Ristoranti della Tavolozza, in fact, this week organizes a gourmet week with food and wine tastings and a competition that will award the title of Master Gourmet 2016.

With Un futuro per Amatrice – a Future for Amatrice - Slow Food asks restaurant owners around the world to add Pasta all’amatriciana in their menu and keep it for at least a year. For each amatriciana consumed, two euro will be donated to the City of Amatrice, one donated by the restaurant, one by the client.

The funds will be paid directly to the City of Amatrice.
