Sapori di Primavera, the traditional food and wine fair with events scheduled from March to July 2016 is back!

“Un Borgo di cioccolato” (A Village of Chocolate) on March 5th and 6th will mark the beginning of “Sapori di Primavera”, the food fair proposing a rich 58-events calendar spanning from beginning of Spring to Summer to discover Cuneo's local products.

Sapori di Primavera is an itinerary among the thousands delicacies from the Cuneo province: Piedmontese meat, great local cheese, river fish, spices, aromatic herbs, fruit and chocolate. Food and tourism meet and greet visitors in a welcoming land rich in history, culture, tradition, breathtaking mountains, and pristine nature.

Spring Flavors and Tasty Autumn, the two trade food fairs throughout the year promoted by ATL Cuneo - the local tourism promotion agency - are a real strength for this area.

This year's fairs will include new appointments such as:

“Food Parade” in Mondovicino near Mondovì on April 22nd-25th and April 29th-May 1st,

“Dal Parco al Castello” (From the Park to the Castle) in Bagnolo Piemonte on May 7th and 8th,

the first Mushrooms, Spring herbs, spices, and aromatic and medicinal herbs exhibition in Ceva on May 14th and 15th,

“Mangiando Pedalando” (Eating while biking) in Dronero on May 22nd,

“Florete Flores” in Vicoforte June 3rd to 5th

“Froumage en Val Mairo” (Cheese in Val Mairo) in a San Damiano Macra on June 19th.
