If you are in the Cuneo area during the days of Carnival, there are many events and celebrations not to be missed. 

The Carlevè ‘d Busca will take place from Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th of January. The programme includes the Dinner of the Masks on Friday, animation for children on Saturday, and the parade of allegoric floats on Sunday. Also, a beer festival will be organised on Friday and Saturday, and on Sunday polenta will be distributed to the visitors. 

In Mondovì, the Carnival will start on the 25th of January, when the Moor, his courtship and minstrels will be presented in the shopping mall Mondovicino (at the Mondovì exit of the A6 Torino Savona motorway). The celebrations include the children’s parade on the 7th and 14th of February, and the floats parade on the 8th and 15th. The 12th of February will be the most important day of the Carnival, when the keys of the city will be delivered to the Moor in Mondovì Piazza. 

The Carlevè ‘d Caraj will start in Caraglio on the 30th of January, at 2.30 pm. At 8.30 pm there will be the Dinner of the Masks, and the beer festival will start at 10 pm. On Saturday 31st activities for children will start at 2.30 pm., and at 9 pm there will be a masked beer festival and a concert. 

The 87th edition of the Carnival in Saluzzo will start on the 8th of February and will last until the 17th. This year’s theme is Music. Not to miss are the unique Carrinfrutta, floats full of local fresh fruit that will parade along the town.
