Villa Leopolda in Ville Franche-sur-Mer in the Alpes-Maritimes department of the French Riviera is now on sale.

The property includes “a commercial sized green house, a swimming pool and pool house, an outdoor kitchen, helipad, and a guest house larger than the mansions of most millionaires”, for a total extension of 50 acres, and it is worth €352 million.

Hitchcock uses the house as a set in 1955 to film To Catch a Thief.

Its current owner, Brazilian philanthropist Lily Safra, has put it on sale, and the estate instantly made it to the least of the 10 10 most expensive houses in the world, together with 7 Upper Phillimore Gardens, Kensington Palace Gardens, Seven The Pinnacle, Hearst Castle, Ellison Estate, 18-19 Kensington Palace Gardens, Four Fairfield Pond, Antilia, and Buckingham Palace.
