The restaurant of Colagreco got the first Michelin star already in 2011, but the second one arrived the following year. The Argentinian Colagreco was then appointed, by the French government, knight of the Arts and letters.
"At Mirazur we have no menu, there is a new one every day. The dishes are prepared with what we collect from our garden and with the catch of the day. We have given ourselves the freedom not to have a menu and work with the best products we have" explains Colagreco. Adding that in 95 percent of the cases they are local products, "except for some constants like yerba mate and soy sauce".
