The 2018 edition of Sapori di Langa in Clavesana will see the return of the event in the Fraction Madonna della Neve

The event will begin on Friday, August 31st at 9 pm with the award ceremony of the photographic contest "Obiettivo calanchi di Clavesana" promoted by the "Calanchi Land Art" association.

The celebrations continue on Saturday 1st September with the "Cabaret under the stars" at the Mojito Caffè. It is with the Sunday 2nd September that we enter into the heart of the event, with the opening at 8 o'clock of the fair that since this year provides an important presence of food and wine excellences of the territory and a thriving exhibition of handicrafts, as well as the exhibition of art groups of ancient crafts.

At 9.00 am it will be possible to take part of "Cammina Clavesana", a walk through the vineyards addressed to trekking lovers, wine and food and hills of Unesco Heritage, organized by the Cantina di Clavesana.

Curated by the Trifulau Association of Monregalese and Cebano, the simulated truffle research will take place. There will also be a space dedicated to the little ones. Starting from 9.30 am the children will be able to experiment in a creative workshop and in the afternoon have fun with their parents with music games and games of the past, organized by the Centro Legàmi. A special occasion for adults to rediscover their childhood games and propose them to their children or grandchildren. From 10.00 am the inauguration of the fair will begin with the musical band Il Risveglio di Dogliani and following, the traditional delivery of the Golden Aratro.

It will be possible to have lunch at the fair with the typical dishes of the territory such as the Zuppa dei Clavesana cooked by the Marchesato Association, the Langaburgher and other local products that will satisfy all palates.

The whole afternoon will be enlivened by the performance of Caribbean, Cuban, Tango and country dances present in the streets of the town.

A convenient shuttle service will give the opportunity to take part in guided tours of the Museo Storico Etnografico and the setting up of the photographic contest "Obiettivo Calanchi di Clavesana 2018".

The rich event will close at 9.30 pm with the concert of the choirs "Frize d'Langa" and "Gat rus".
