Accademia Europea delle Essenze is much more than a museum: its scope is to spread the knowledge and traditions of Piedmont in the domain of medicinal and aromatic plants. Its name, MÚSES, has an accent mark on the Ú to recall the shape of the mortar used by the ancient apothecaries.
