Spring Flavors: a journey in search of a thousand delights

Launching with "Un borgo di cioccolato", Spring Flavors is the food event that offers a full calendar consisting of 65 events to discover the gastronomic products of the province of Cuneo and its tourist treasures.

Spring Flavors is a journey in search of a thousand delights of the Cuneo area, famous cheeses, river fish with spices, herbs, chocolate and fruit. Food and tourism meet in a festive atmosphere and welcome visitors in a warm and pristine area, rich in history, culture and traditions.

Besides traditional events, this year several important new features are added such as: "kitchen share" in Alta Val Tanaro from to April 1st to 23rd, the "Spring Fair" in Caraglio on April 9th, "Mondovicino Pizza Village" in Mondovicino May 22nd, "Cavalliavi" the Sanctuary of Vicoforte on May 27 and 28, "Pane al Pane e Vino al Vino" in Barge on May 28, "Eat Manta" at Manta on June 2, the "Caravaggio's Supper" in Fossano on June 13, the "Renaissance Dinner" at Fossano Castle  on June 15, "I Fourn you parloun" Casteldelfino on June 18, the garlic festival again in Caraglio on June 23, the "Taste Walk" in Farigliano on June 25, "Integramondo" in Farigliano on July 7 and 8.

Another important change is the anticipation of the Grand Summer Fair, which will take place in June this year (10-18), returning to the historical site of Piazza d'Armi in Cuneo.
