Via Montenapoleone's Historical Pastry Shop "Cova" opening in the Principality of Monaco

Historical Pastry Shop "Cova" - born in 1817 as a literary café in Via at the corner of Piazza Duomo in Milan, now a brand of LVMH luxury group - is preparing to celebrate its 200 anniversary with a new opening in the principality of Monaco.

First opening in Europe after 19 pastry shops in Hong-Kong, Tokyo and Shanghai, Beijing and Taipei, the Monegasque inauguration of Cova is scheduled for spring 2017.

Located at 19 Boulevard des Moulins, the project includes a room with a terrace that will serve not only tea, coffee and pastries, but light lunches and snacks as well, to enjoy on the terrace or directly on board a yacht.

The project is entrusted to Flavio Briatore, who manages Cipriani Restaurant in Montecarlo.
