Fall season in Piedmont region: flavors and tradition

October brings Fall’s flavors, aromas, products and the traditions that go with them. Wine and cheese, potatoes and chestnuts, salami, snails, fruits, mushrooms and vegetables, Bagna caôda,  leeks and pumpkins, bread baked in wood oven and buckwheat porridge are just some of the many unique products of this generous land.
